The Take Your Time Quartet is starting a monthly residency at Showtime Studio and Coffee. We will be performing the third Thursday of every month from 1pm to 2:30pm.

The Jazz Workshop Collective is a flexible family of straight-ahead jazz groups performing repertoire rooted in swing, bebop, modal jazz, jazz standards, and the Great American Songbook.
The Collective performs as both an intimate quartet and a larger ensemble, with overlapping musicians, shared repertoire, and distinct ensemble personalities.

A smaller, conversational combo focused on melody, swing, and space. The quartet format is ideal for coffee shops, receptions, community events, listening rooms, and daytime performances.
Typical instrumentation: saxophone, guitar, bass, and drums.

A fuller ensemble sound featuring vocals, horns, and rhythm section. The ensemble performs in six- and seven-piece configurations depending on repertoire, personnel, and venue.
The larger group draws on classic jazz standards, vocal features, instrumental blowing tunes, and arrangements developed through the workshop tradition.
Typical instrumentation: vocals, alto saxophone, tenor saxophone, piano, guitar, bass, and drums.
The ensemble appears in sextet or septet form depending on the performance.
